- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- No — most customers aren't. You can arrange key handover or a lockbox when you book.
- What's included?
- Every visit covers the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and dusting. Deep cleans add the inside of appliances, windowsills and the detail work — the full checklist is shown before you confirm.
- What products do you use?
- Standard household products; eco-friendly products are available on request.
- What if I'm not happy?
- Tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean the areas you flagged, free.
